Can I test a Mumble server before I order?

Yes – connect to one of our test servers:

Can I try my own server before paying for it?

Yes. Order a server and it runs for 3 days, then stops automatically unless you pay.

Do I get my own server with admin rights?

Yes.

What guarantee do I have that you will actually deliver after I pay?

The free trial period is there precisely so you can check the service – uptime, sound quality, everything – before spending anything.

Your prices are low. Does that mean lower quality?

No. Our servers sit in a reliable data centre with DDoS protection, and our Mumble servers are configured at 130 kbps.

Where do I find my server settings and set the admin login and password?

You can view and change the admin login and password in your control panel.

How soon after payment does the service start?

Activation is instant. The server is created and starts automatically within seconds, as long as your balance covers at least 1 day of use.

Am I charged if I delete or stop the server, and can I get a refund?

You are not charged while it is stopped, and refunds are possible.
